If you are someone who likes chocolate, rich cakes and soft cookies, you will go nuts over this version of the classic brownie!

The texture is dense
(but not too dense that you feel like you are eating a solid mass of chocolate)

It's chewy
(but not as chewy as chewing gum)

It's crisp
(but not as crisp as a keropok / prawn cracker)

It's cakey
(but not like a normal buttercake)

For me, this is what defines a really good brownie which I enjoy best without any frosting - perfect for an office snack, a little treat in your kid's lunchbox or a yummy dessert during a picnic!

Two of the best ways to enjoy it are:
- At room temperature, with a big glass of cold milk!
- Warmed in the microwave then topped with a big scoop of ice-cream and chocolate sauce... so sinful...
