All the deco are related to a doctor - plaster, syringe, swabs, pills, mask, red cross, termometer and most important of all, the stethoscope.
Made from fondant and some parts handpainted in edible silver paint, all the deco is edible except the needle part of the syringe which is actually a toothpick :)
