Buttercream Buttercream Buttercream

Brushstroke embroidery. This form of cake decorating is usually done using royal icing on a fondant covered cake. Here, I've done it using buttercream on buttercream.

With a heartfelt message embossed onto a fondant heart.

Sweet sweet flowers for a sweet sweet birthday lady.

My grandmother is 90 this year! A cake full of love especially for her.

Lollipop Forest

My daughter wanted a strawberry mascarpone cake for her birthday cake. This cake needs to be refrigerated and eaten chilled. On the other hand, fondant is not suitable to be kept in the fridge as it will get soft and droopy.

The solution, simple decorations that could be placed on the cake within minutes of taking it out from the fridge. The result, a forest of lollipops.

As soon as the candles were blown out, the children were quick to zoom in on their favourite coloured lollipop!

Pretty as an Edible Picture

Baby Mickey and Baby Minnie printed on an edible frosting sheet so you can just cut through it and eat it. No need to remove it.

Making it sweet and pretty using buttercream.

Avengers!

Batman!

Batman again for the same boy.

This time, the edible frosting image is placed on a fondant covered cake for a nice smooth finish.

Vanilla Cake

Moist, tender buttercake made using imported butter from Australia or New Zealand. The enticing vanilla aroma makes this cake a favourite with most! No cake softener or preservatives are added, just quality ingredients.
For smaller birthday celebrations, the basic 1kg cake is perfect when decorated as shown below!
Ring a ring a roses

A simple flower border makes it a sweet mother's day celebration!

Pink, purple and ivory go so well together.
Mickey!

A bunch of plastic balloons add a more 3D feel to the cake.

Chocolate Cake

A dark chocolate cake smothered with luscious chocolate frosting!

For chocolate connoisseurs, you can change the frosting to a rich chocolate ganache made using cream and premium swiss chocolate. Let me know whether you prefer milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate or a mix of both.

Prettied up with flowers for a family celebration.

Carrot Cake

This version is without frosting. It is drizzled with an orange glaze which makes it not just dairy-free but healthy without compromising on taste!

Macadamia Suji Cake

For those who enjoy the texture of suji (semolina), this cake is an updated version of the classic suji cake. Made without any eggs, this cake is topped with macadamia nuts for a fragrant crunch!

I can cut it into 16pcs upon request.
