Tiramisu

Sloshed with lots of coffee and hints of liquor, this closely resembles the italian version complete with imported mascarpone cheese. Only this I took out was the cocoa powder topping which I find can cause some people to chock on. So I replaced it with some chocolate shavings instead.

Ice Cream Cake

An ice cream cake made with vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Decorated with imported chocolate.

When choosing ice-cream, I use imported ice cream from Australia, New Zealand or US for a smoother, richer, creamier taste.

Ice Cream Cake

Heart shaped cookie hearts covered in white chocolate tinted pink make a sweet decoration for this birthday cake for my customer's mother!

This is my first ice-cream cake sold to a customer! Previously, I have only made them for family celebrations as my freezer space is limited. This time, I had the space so could accommodate this customer's request.

Her choice was 2 flavours of ice-cream on a cookie base. (Other options include a cake base or just ice-cream only)

Happy Birthday for a Hunter!

A yummy chocolate mousse cake - layers of sponge filled with chocolate mouse and finished with chocolate curls made using imported chocolate.

My grandfather really enjoyed hunting when he was in his prime which was the inspiration for this deco - squirrel, flying fox and wildboar...

Strawberry Mascarpone Cake

800gm of strawberries are transformed into a luscious filling together with mascarpone cheese and cream. It is a firm family favourite ever since it's debut! Every bite is pure fresh strawberry heaven without the sourness associated with eating the fruit whole - more work than just putting the fruit slices in and on the cake, but much more delicious!

For a prettier finish, little fondant butterflies decorate this strawberry cake.
